He is a founding partner and Managing Director of Labor Project Srl, a leading consultancy and training firm specializing in integrated compliance. He holds the role of Data Protection Officer and member of Supervisory Boards for leading multinational companies and he is a speaker at international conferences. For many years, he has been a lecturer at SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Italian Switzerland) and a course coordinator for the CAS Data Protection Officer and AI Compliance Manager programmes. He holds IAPP CIPP|E, CIPM, CIPP|US and FIP certifications.
Author of books, podcasts, videos and educational content on data protection and artificial intelligence. He is a founding member of AIRIA | Association for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and of the ASSO DPO Association, of which he is President.

He earned a degree in Economics after attending the university of Fribourg in Switzerland.
He then worked as an emerging market analyst for a consulting firm in Frankfurt (Germany).
Once back in Switzerland, he started his professional career working for a private bank with the task of dealing with institutional and private customers.
He was also a member of the bank’s management board and a member of the investment committee. He then served as managing director of a finance company in Lugano (CH), dealing with private equity and corporate finance.
Thanks to this working experience he had the opportunity to consolidate and advance knowledge and competence in the finance and corporate field.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of an Asset Management company subject to direct supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA)and he was a member of the Board of Directors of an IT company. In those years he obtained a Master’s Degree in Cross-Border Family Business Advisory.
Thanks to the experience gained over the years, since 2016 he has been working as an independent financial and corporate adviser for CIMEN ADVISOR in Lugano (CH).
He is proficient in German, French and English. He can speak Aramaic and has basic knowledge of Arabic.
